针刺对单纯性肥胖患者血液流变学的影响

目的:观察针刺对单纯性肥胖患者血液流变学的影响,以探讨针刺减肥的治疗机理。方法:门诊单纯性肥胖患者32例,采用针刺腹部相关穴位,每日1次,10次为1疗程,3个疗程后自身对照的方法,比较针刺前后体重、腰围、体质指数、血液流变学检测指标,并对临床症状的改善进行总结。结果:经针刺3个疗程,患者体重减轻,腰围缩小,不同切变率下全血液粘度、血浆粘度及红聚集指数明显降低,红细胞变形能力增强(P<0.01);便秘、腹胀、月经不调、痤疮等症状均有明显改善。结论:针刺人体脾胃经相关穴位可以改善胃肠动力学,消除腹胀便秘、痤疮,减肥塑形,降低血液粘稠加快血流速度,改善血液流变性。

The Effect of Acupuncture on Hemorrheology in Simple Obesity Patients

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of simple obesity.Methods: Thirty-two cases of simple obesity patients between 18 and 65 years old were enrolled into this study.Acupuncture was given at acupoints of the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin.One time a day,30 minutes each time,5 days late,then one time two days,10 times constituting one course,after 3 courses,data of hemorrheology,weight,physique index and waistline before and after acupuncture treatment were compared.Results:The value of Plasma viscosity,whole blood high/low specific viscosity,Deformation index of RBC,Aggregation index of RBC,weight,weigh index and waistline lowed significantly after acupuncture on acupoints of the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin in treatment of simple obesity(P<0.01).The value of Erythrocyte volume lowed significantly after acupuncture on acupoints of the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin in treatment of simple obesity(P<0.05)The value of Fibrinogen hadn't any significant changes(P>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that acupuncture treatment can apparently improve hemorrheology,low the weight,physique index and waistline in simple obesity patients.
