参与式教学法在临床见习中的应用

摘    要:参与式教学主要强调的是接受教育者对教学活动的参与。它主张教育应该把学生培养成为具有自主发展能力的、有创造性的社会主体。这一教育理念自上个世纪80年代以后几乎成为了全球性教育共识,目前也是我国教育改革的方向。将参与式教学方法应用于医学临床教学中,能较好地调动学生见习的积极主动性。在教学中教师可从教学目标、教学内容、教学评价等方面引导学生积极参与,培养其独立思考能力、创新能力和解决实际问题能力。

Abstract:The primary emphasis of participatory teaching is accept educators on the participation of teaching activities.It advocates that education should nurture students to become a independent development ability,creative social main body.The education idea almost becomes the global education consensus since the 1980s.It was also the direction of education reform at present.Participatory teaching can mobilize students’ initiative in medicine clinical teaching.Teachers can guide students to participate from teaching aim,teaching content,teaching evaluation,and develop their independent thinking,creativity and problem-solving ability.
