参与式教学法在临床见习中的应用

参与式教学主要强调的是接受教育者对教学活动的参与。它主张教育应该把学生培养成为具有自主发展能力的、有创造性的社会主体。这一教育理念自上个世纪80年代以后几乎成为了全球性教育共识,目前也是我国教育改革的方向。将参与式教学方法应用于医学临床教学中,能较好地调动学生见习的积极主动性。在教学中教师可从教学目标、教学内容、教学评价等方面引导学生积极参与,培养其独立思考能力、创新能力和解决实际问题能力。

Application of Participatory Teaching in Clinical Training
