病案室绩效考核与评价内容的研究

摘    要:
病案室的绩效考核与评价有其独特性,重点体现工作的质量和数量,保证信息的准确性。病案室的绩效考核内容应分为基础考核、工作质量考核、工作数量考核等三部分,每个部分分值为100分,共300分。针对不同岗位,在确保基础考核内容相同的同时,实行针对性的区别考核,即不同岗位考核侧重点应不同。通过建立并实施科室绩效考核,要达到工作流程的进一步合理化、提高工作积极性、提高科室满意度、奖金分配的合理化、增加职工间的团结合作。

Abstract:
The performance examination and evaluation of department of medical records is unique that embodies quality and quantity of work and ensures the accuracy of information.The contents of performance examination are separated into basic examination,work quality examination and work quantity three parts,the score of each part is 100 points,300 points in total.According to different post, we make sure the contents of basic examination are the same with carrying out pertinent different examination that means emphasis points of different posts should be different.Through establishment and implement of department performance examination,we need to achieve further rationalization of work process,improvement of work activity and satisfaction degree of department,rationalization of bonus distribution and teamwork cooperation strengthening between staffs.
