| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知干预对首发精神分裂症患者自知力的影响。方法将120例首发精神分裂症患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各60例,两组均接受抗精神病药物治疗和常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上予认知干预。采用简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷及自制的治疗依从性调查表,分别于治疗前、治疗8周后对两组患者进行测评。结果两组患者治疗前简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度、治疗依从性的测评分比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,治疗8周后各项测评分比较有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论认知干预有助于恢复精神分裂症患者自知力、提高治疗依从性。
