| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年性白内障手术效果。方法:对155例155眼老年性白内障患者实施现代白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术,观察术后视力改善的效果。结果:大部分患者术后视力提高,有效率达96.7%。结论:现代白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术是治疗老年性白内障的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the surg ery on senile cataract.Methods 155senile cataract patients(155eyes)were treated with presem extracapsu lar cataract extraction and implant ation of artificial lens and analyzed the ef fect.Results Postoperative visual acuity improv ed in most parients(96.7% ).Conclusion present extracapsular cataract extraction and implantation of ar tificial lens is an effective procedure for senile cataract. |
