| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药六君子汤对小鼠免疫和造血功能的影响。方法：用注射给予环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型后,六君子汤灌胃给药15d,观察外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、网织红细胞以及细胞肿瘤因子（TNF）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）指标的变化。结果：与模型组比较,六君子汤各剂量组均可促进小鼠外周血白细胞、网织红细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、TNF、IL-6活性指标的恢复和升高,差异具有统计学意义。结论：六君子汤有显著改善机体免疫功能和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of LiuJunZi Decoction on function of immune system and bone marrow in mice.Methods:Leucopenia animal model was made by injection of cyclophosphamide.The LiuJunZi Decoction was administrat-ed orally.The white blood cell(WBC)counts,reticulocyte count,the number of nucleated bone marrow cells(NNBMC),T cell transformation indices(TCTI),activity of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in blood of leucopenia mice af-ter chemotherapy were observed respectivel.Results:WBC,reticulocyte count,NNBMC and TCTI reduced remarkable,ac-tivity of TNF and IL-6 in blood were decreased obviously.These hematopoiesis indexes and the activity of TNF,IL-6 in-creased after oral administration of LiuJunZi Decoction.Conclusion:LiuJunZi Decoction can significantly ameliorate im-mune function and stimulate hematopoietic function in mice. |
