土鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白抗小鼠血栓形成作用研究

摘    要:
目的:研究土鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白的抗凝、纤溶和抗血栓形成作用。方法:小鼠灌胃土鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白后,取血浆测定白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和凝血酶原时间(PT),测定组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)和其抑制物(PAI)的活性;用角叉菜胶诱发小鼠体内血栓形成,测量尾部血栓形成的长度。结果:土鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白能够显著延长小鼠TT,使t-PA活性增强,同时抑制PAI的活性,显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的尾部血栓形成。结论:土鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白能部分抑制凝血途径,激活纤溶系统,抑制血栓形成。

Objective: To study the anticoagulative,fibrinolytic and anti-thrombogenic effect of Eupolyphaga sinesis Walker fibrinolytic protein(EFP).Methods: The different doses EFP were given mice in different groups,then kaolin partial thromboplastin time(KPTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen inhibitor(PAI) activity were detected.Results :The TT of mice was markedly prolonged after administration EFP.The t-PA activity was elevated,and the PAI activity wa...
