TAAR6基因多态性与精神分裂症关联性的Meta分析

摘    要:目的:探讨人群中TAAR6基因多态性与精神分裂症的关联,阐明TAAR6基因与精神分裂症的关系。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Cochrance、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,检索TAAR6基因多态性与精神分裂症关联的相关文献。检索时间为1994年1月—2013年5月公开发表的文献。根据纳入标准对相关文献进行筛查,选出合适的文献,提取文献中的数据。以比值比(OR)和95%可信区间(95%CI)为效应指标。采用RevMan 5.1软件对各项研究原始数据进行统计学分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量以及评估发表偏倚。结果:按照纳入标准共有5篇文献符合条件,共选取了5个位点进行Meta分析,rs8192625位点的等位基因合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.81~1.07,P=0.32;基因型合并OR=0.88,95%CI=0.76~1.02,P=0.08。rs4305745等位基因合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.90~1.03,P=0.29;基因型合并OR=1.03,95%CI=0.92~1.14,P=0.62。rs6903874位点的等位基因合并OR=0.95,95%CI=0.86~1.04,P=0.27;基因型合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.84~1.04,P=0.20。rs6937506位点的等位基因合并OR=0.95,95%CI=0.86~1.04,P=0.27;基因型合并OR=0.93,95%CI=0.83~1.03,P=0.17。rs7772821位点的等位基因合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.87~1.05,P=0.35;基因型合并OR=0.96,95%CI=0.86~1.07,P=0.47。结论:人群中TAAR6基因5个位点的等位基因和基因型多态性与精神分裂症无关联,提示TAAR6基因多态性可能与精神分裂症无关联。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between trace amine associated receptor 6(TAAR6)gene polymorphisms and schizophrenia,and to clarify association between the TAAR6 gene and schizophrenia. Methods PubMed,Cochorane,CNKI and Wanfang Database were used to search all the relevant case-control trials of full text about the relationship between TAAR6gene polymorphisms and schizophrenia.According to inclusion criteria,the appropriate papers and extracted data from the studies were chosen.The results were expressed as odds ratios(OR)and their 95% confidence intervals(CI).Statistic analysis was performed with RevMan 5.1including the heterogeneity inspection,effect consoliating and evaluatation on publication bias. Results According to inclusion criteria,5studies were selected and 5SNPs were chosen for Meta-analysis.The Meta-analysis results showed that there was no significant association between schizophrenia and the SNPs(rs8192625allele:OR=0.93,95%CI=0.81-1.07,P=0.32.rs8192625genotype:OR=0.88,95%CI=0.76-1.02,P=0.08.rs4305745allele:OR=0.96,95%CI=0.90-1.03,P=0.29;rs4305745genotype:OR= 0.95,95% CI =0.86-1.04,P=0.27.rs6903874allele:OR=0.95,95%CI=0.86-1.04,P=0.27; rs6903874genotype:OR=0.93,95%CI=0.84-1.04,P=0.20;rs6937506allele:OR=0.955,95%CI= 0.86-1.04,P=0.27;rs6937506genotype:OR=0.93,95% CI=0.83-1.03,P=0.17.rs7772821allele: OR=0.96,95%CI=0.87-1.05,P=0.35;rs7772821genotype:OR=0.96,95%CI=0.86-1.07,P= 0.47).Conclusion The allelic and genetic polymorphisms of five sites in TAAR6gene are not associated with schizophrenia,which indicates that there is no relationship between TAAR6 gene polymorphisms and schizophrenia.
