18 F-FDG PET/CT显像在肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的:探讨18 F-FDG PET/CT显像其对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤( angiomyolipoma,AML)诊断的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年9月至2013年10月25例经病理证实肾AML患者的18 F-FDG PET/CT图像。使用SPSS 13.0软件,计算患者年龄、肿瘤大小及病灶SUVmaX的平均值。用Pearson直线相关分析肿瘤大小及病灶SUVmaX值间相关性。结果:25例患者中,男性13例,女性12例,年龄23-78岁,平均56.78岁。25例肾AML最小径0.7 cm,最大径5.2 cm,平均2.73 cm。SUVmaX值为1.41±0.38。肿瘤大小与SUVmaX值间相关性无统计学意义( r =0.048,P〉0.05)。结论:本研究中25例肾AML表现为18 F-FDG低摄取,18 F-FDG PET/CT显像是鉴别肾AML与含脂肪肾恶性肿瘤的有利工具。

Abstract:ObjectiVe:To eXplore the clinical Value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of the renal angiomyoli-poma( AML). Methods:A retrospectiVe analysis of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging was made among 25 AML patients pathological-ly confirmed from September 2009 to October 2013. SPSS 13. 0 was used to statistically analyze the age of the patients,tumor size and the mean Value of SUVmaX. The correlation between SUVmaX mean Value and the tumor size was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation. ResuIts:Of 25 AML patients,there were thirteen male ones and twelVe female ones,aged 23-78,with an aVerage age of 56. 78. The minimum diameter of the AML was 0. 7 cm and the maXimum diameter was 5. 2 cm in 25 cases of re-nal AML,2. 73 cm on the aVerage. The mean Value of SUVmaX was 1. 41 ± 0. 38. There was no statistically significant correla-tion between SUVmaX Value and the tumor size( r = 0± 048,P 〉0. 05). ConcIusion:25 cases of renal AMLs in this study demonstrate Very low uptake on 18 F-FDG. 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging is useful for differentiating a renal AML from a fat-con-taining malignant renal tumor.
