摘    要:
目的:建立温肾调经颗粒中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-5%醋酸(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长323 nm,柱温35℃。结果:阿魏酸含量测定的线性范围为2.50-20.00μg/mL,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为98.54%,RSD为1.22%(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简单,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为温肾调经颗粒的质量控制方法。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the determination of ferulic acid in Wenshentiaojing granules by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18( 250 × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a temperature of 35 degrees. The mobile phase was methanol-5 % acetic acid( 20 ∶ 80) with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min. The detection wave length was 323 nm. Results: The linear range was between 2. 50 μg / mL and 20. 00 μg / mL,r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 98. 54 %,RSD was 1. 22 %( n =5). Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate,reliable,and reproducible. It could be used in the quality control of Wenshentiaojing granules.
