安徽省某地区居民社区卫生服务利用程度及满意度调查分析

目的：了解安徽省某地区居民对社区卫生服务机构利用程度及居民满意度现况,以期为改善社区卫生服务质量和制定相应措施提供理论依据。方法：采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省某地区64个社区卫生服务机构共计812名居民进行问卷调查。结果：该地区居民选择社区卫生服务的主要原因是＂离家近、方便＂、＂态度好＂,分别为70.8%和37.0%;居民对就诊方便程度、就诊等候时间、医患沟通满意度较高,对医疗硬件设备设施满意度较低。结论：应不断完善和落实社区卫生服务相关制度保障,增加财政投入,加大宣传力度,提高人才队伍的服务水平,改善医疗设备设施。

An Investigation of Utilization and Satisfaction Degree of Community Health Services in a Region of Anhui

Objective： To investigate the utilization and satisfaction degree of community health services（ CHS） in a region of Anhui,so as to provide some evidence for policy and measure of CHS. Methods： Questionnaire survey were conducted among 812 residents selected from 64 CHS by stratified cluster sampling method in a given area of Anhui. Results： The main reasons for selecting CHS included convenience of visiting（ 70. 8 %）,and good service attitude（ 37. 0 %）. The satisfaction rates of convenience of visiting,waiting time,and degree of being respected were high,but the satisfaction rate of the equipment condition was low. Conclusion： The government should improve and insure the CHS system,increase investment,strengthen the propaganda to improve the service level of the health technical personel and the medical equipments.
