摘    要:目的 为了解营养不良婴幼儿红细胞内锌、铜、钙、镁的变化及其意义。方法 对18例婴幼儿营养不良患儿血浆及红细胞内的锌、铜、钙、镁元素含量进行测定,并与15例健康婴幼儿进行对照。结果 营养不良患儿血浆中锌、钙降低,与健康组比差异有显著性(P<0.01);营养不良患儿红细胞内锌、镁降低,钙升高,与健康组比差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论婴幼儿营养不良红细胞内外锌、钙、镁的变化,应引起重视。

Abstract:Objective To study plasma and intra-erythrocyte Zn, Cu, Ca and Mg in infants with malnutrition. Methods Plasma and intraerythrocyte Zn,Cu, Ca and Mg were measured in 18 infants with malnutrition and in 15 healthy infants as controls.Results Plasma Zn and Ca were significantly lower in infants with malnutrition (P < 0.01). Intra-erythrocyte Zn and Mg were also lower in infants with malnutrition whereas intra-erythnocyte Ca has been higher. Conclusions More attention should be paid to the changes in plasma and intraerythrocyte Zn, Ca and Mg in infants with malnutrition and further studies are needed.
