两种膳食纤维对实验性糖尿病大鼠血脂血液流变学的影响

摘    要:
通过对20只实验性糖尿病大鼠高胆固醇饲料中添加麦麸和纤维素两种膳食纤维(DF),观察DF对糖尿病大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响,并探索其机制。实验包括制作大鼠糖尿病模型,确认模型成功后饲养6周,腔静脉取血化验。结果发现,两种DF组血清脂质总胆固醇、甘油三酯显著低于对照组。全血红细胞高切、中切1结果无显著差异,中切2和低切显著低于对照组。综合分析各项指标发现,给糖尿病大鼠饲料中添加DF,能有效降低甘油三酯和胆固醇,能改善红细胞的聚集性,降低血液粘度。实验还发现麦麸的作用优于纤维素。

Abstract:
To study the effort of wheat bran and Cellulase the two different kinds of dietary fiber (DF), on blood lipid and blood rheology in rats with diabetes, and explore the mechanism . We added 10% of DF to the food for twenty rats with experemental diabetes. The results showed tha the level of blood lipid, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the serum were significantly lower to the control group. The whole red cell high shere and middle shere 1 showed no sighificant differene. But middle shere 2 and low shere wer obviorsly lower compared to the control groip. The study suggests that it should decreae blood lipid, cholesterol. viscosity of blood, and improve the aggregation of red coll by adding DF to the food for rats with diabetes. We also found the effect of wheat bran was superior to cellulase.
