| 摘 要： | 目的总结人工耳蜗植入息儿围手术期护理经验卉法对108例人工耳蜗植入患儿进行术前术后护理，术前护理包括心理护理、协助医生完成各项术前检查及术前准备；术后护理包括观察患者意识、呼吸情况，观察是否有伤口感染、面瘫、眩晕恶心呕吐、脑膜炎等并发症的发生，以保证及时处理结果108例患儿人工耳蜗植入手术全部一次成功结论术前术后认真精心的护理，是保证人工耳蜗植入手术成功的关键因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experiences in cochlear implantation for hearing-impaired children. Methods The perioperative care was provided for 108 children who underwent the cochlear implantation. The preoperative care included providing mental nursing, assisting in the preoperative examinations and preparation, etc. The postoperative care included observing the consciousness, respiration and implications to ensure relevant treatment was given to the patients in time. Results The cochlear implantation surgery was performed successfully in all 108 cases. Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing the successful implementation of cochlear implantation. |
