霉烂水果优势真菌提取物致突变性研究

摘    要:用细菌回复突变试验和小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验,研究了经分离获得的引发梨霉烂的优势真菌互隔交链孢霉(A.alternata)及引发桔子霉烂的优势真菌指状青霉(P.digitatum)提取物的致突变性。结果表明:所测试的3株互隔交链孢霉(A_1、A_2、A_3)提取物及4株指状青霉(P_1、P_2、P_3、P_4)提取物均可不同程度地诱发E.coliND-160菌株回复突变。且其中A_1、A_2和P_2、P_4株提取物还可诱发小鼠骨髓PCE微核率明显升高(P<0.01)。结果提示分别引发梨及桔子霉烂的互隔交链孢霉及指状青霉其代谢产物均具致突变性。

Abstract:With reverse mutation assay and micronucleus test. we studied the mutagenicity of the extracts of Alternaria alternata and Penicillium digitatum, the preponderant strains isolated from mildewed oranges and pears respectively.The results showed that the extracts of Alternaria alternata strains(A1,A2,A3) and Penicillium digitatum(P1,P2,P3,P4) induced the reverse mutation of E. Coli ND-160 strain,and the extracts of A1,A2,P2and P4 strains also significantly induced the increase of micronucleus rate of mouse bone marrow cells(P<0.01). This indicated that the metabolites of Alternaria alternata and Penicillium digitatum from mildewed oranges and pears possessed mutagenicity.
