| 摘 要： | 麦味地黄颗粒剂与丸剂均能提高阴虚动物红细胞ＣＲ１受体及促进因子活性，阻抑抑制因子活性的增高，也能使升高的脂质过氧化物回到正常水平。实验表明该药两种剂型对红细胞免疫功能有较好的调节作用，有一定的抗脂质过氧化、抗自由基和抗衰老功效。 |

| Abstract: | The model of Yinxu rats were caused by T3 of high dose,The activities of RBC complement receptor type 1( CR1)were descended,the rate of immune complex rosette was raised(P<0.05 ).The activitles of RBC immune abherence enhance factors (RFER )were descended (P<0.05),the activities of RBC immune abherence inhibitory factors (RFIR)were raised (P<0.01),the lipid peroxide were raised markly( P<0.01)in Yinxu rats.The granulated Maiwei Dihuang and pill not only could raise the activities of CR1 and RFER but also hindered the heightened activities of RFER to Yinxu rats.It could cause the heightened lipid peroxide to return normol level too.The results suggested that two preparations of the drug not only have regulation effect to RBC immune function,but also have anti-lipid peroxide. anti-free radicals and anti-decrepit effect. |
