功能性消化不良患者述情障碍调查分析

目的 探讨功能性消化不良患者有无述情障碍。方法 采用多伦多述情障碍评定量表（TAS-20）对59例患者进行评定，并与60例健康自愿者对照。结果 功能性消化不良患者TAS-20总分及3个因子分均显著高于对照组。结论 在功能性消化不良患者中存在述情障碍，临床医师应引起重视，在治疗过程中应给予必要的心理干预。

The Investigation and Analysis of Alexithmia of Functional Dyspeptic Patients

Objective To analyze the alexithmia of functional dyspeptic patients. Methods To evaluate the situations of 59 functional dyspeptic patients by TAS-20, and contrast to 60 cases in healthy volunteers. Results The TAS-20 total scores and three factor scores of functional dyspepsia patients were significant high in comparison with the healthy group's. Conclusion Functional dyspepsia patients have alexithmia, therefore, clinicians should take great attentions to it and give them necessary psychological intervention.
