脑卒中患者整体功能与生存质量的相关性研究

目的:应用功能综合评定量表(FCA)和WHOQOL-BREF研究脑卒中偏瘫患者整体功能与生存质量之间的相关关系。方法:对50例脑卒中偏瘫患者在病程满6个月时进行FCA和WHOQOL-BREF量表评分,并将二者进行相关性分析。结果:FCA总分与WHOQOL-BREF各领域得分均显著相关(P<0.05或0.01),躯体功能得分与WHOQOL-BREF生理、心理和环境领域得分也显著相关(P<0.05或0.01),但认知功能得分则仅与社会关系领域得分相关,与其余二个领域得分无相关性。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者整体功能与生存质量明显相关,躯体功能状况比认知功能能更显著地影响了患者的生存质量。

A study on the correlation between the whole function and the quality of life in hemiplegia patients with stroke

Objective:To explore the relationship between the whole funetion and the quality of life in heniiplegic patients after stroke by using functional comprehensive assessment scale(FCA) and the WHO quality of life assessment instrument brief version(WHO-BREF). Method:50 stroke patients were tested with FCA and WHO-BREF in 6 months after the onset of stroke. The correlation between functional comprehensive assessment scale (FCA) scores and WHO-BREF domain scores was analyzed.Result:Significant correlation existed between FCA total scores and WHO-BREF domain scores(P<0.05 or 0.01),as well as between FCA somatic functional scores and WHO-BREF scores in physical,psychological, environmental domains(P<0.05 or 0.01).No Significant correlation was revealed between FCA cognitive functional scores and the other three domain scores except soeial relation domain score.Conclusion:The whole function appears to be significantly associated with the QOL of the stroke patients.The somatic function exerted more obviously impact on the QOL of the stroke patients than the cognitive function.
