| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左快诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)对子宫腺肌病患者月经异常和痛经的临床治疗效果。方法对36例子宫腺肌病患者放置曼月乐后进行12个月的4次随访,在1、3、6、12月时,对痛经程度、月经量及子宫体积变化情况对比分析。结果患者痛经评分、月经量逐月下降,在1个月变化不明显,3、6、12个月时,较放置前有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);12个月时子宫体积较放置前有明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐是治疗子宫腺肌病的一种安全有效的方法。
