| 摘 要： | 目的将阿托伐他汀应用于原发性高血压患者,观察其对血压和左心室肥厚的影响。方法选择120例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。两组均给予氨氯地平5 mg/d,观察组加服阿托伐他汀20 mg/d治疗8周。同时测量两组治疗前后血压及左心室重量指数(LVM I)变化。结果与对照组相比,观察组收缩压、舒张压、脉压、左心室重量指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可显著降低原发性高血压患者的血压、缩小脉压差,使降压更平稳,且能逆转左室肥厚。 |
