| 摘 要： | 目的 评价胃肠道净化疗法佐治口服百草枯中毒的疗效.方法 回顾性分析65例口服百草枯中毒患者,胃肠道净化传统方法与改良方法疗效观察.结果 两组服毒量、入院时间及治疗时间经比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),改良组病死率、平均排便时间明显低于传统治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 早期、快速、反复、彻底胃肠道净化对于百草枯中毒能否成功救治至关重要. |
