新生儿脐部护理120例分析

目的：探讨新生儿脐部不同护理措施对护理效果的影响。方法：选择我院2008-03～2010-03新生儿120例,随机将上述新生儿分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患儿脐带结扎和消毒方法相同。观察组新生儿在48 h后对脐带残端进行修剪,创面采用脐带包包扎。对照组新生儿采用常规脐部护理方法。观察两组新生儿脐部渗血、脐部潮红、黏液性分泌物、脓性分泌物情况;记录两组新生儿脐带脱落时间。结果：观察组新生儿脐部渗血、脐部潮红和脐带黏液性分泌物发生率分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组新生儿在3～6 d内脐带脱落发生率与对照组3～6 d内脐带脱落发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对新生儿脐带残端进行修剪并采用脐带包包扎的的护理方法,有助于减少新生儿脐部渗血发生,缩短脐带脱落时间,加速创面愈合,有效的避免感染发生。

Analysis of Umbilical Cord Nursing in 120 Cases Neonates

Objective：To explore the clinical and nursing efficacy of different nursing measures on neonate umbilical nursing.Methods：120 neonates were selected from March,2008 to March,2010.and they were divided into two groups,observation group and control group.the same method of ligating cord and ？disinfection was used to two groups.Pruning the umbilical cord stump after 48 hours and umbilical cord package were used to observation group.The routine nursing methods were given to control groups.Blood oozing、flush、mucus secretion and purulent secretion were observed;the time of abscission of umbilical cord was recorded.Results：The incidence of blood oozing、flush、mucus secretion and purulent secretion of umbilical cord in observation group compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）;the incidence of abscission of umbilical cord in 3～6 days in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusions：The nursing measures of pruning the umbilical cord stump after 48 hours and umbilical cord package could decrease the incidence of blood oozing,and shorten the time of abscission of umbilical cord,and improve wound healing,the infection of umbilical cord can be avoided.
