主要对有关创伤性颅脑损伤病人家属心理压力的决定因素、影响因素、心理反应特征、应对机制、应对措施、影响应对的因素予以综述。明确了家属的性别、病人与家属的关系、家庭成员的特征与家属所承受的压力有关系;家属的个性特征、知识水平、社会和专业的支持、文化的差异对应对措施有影响。而有效的信息、社会的支持、适当的干预措施对减少家属的压力是必要的。

Psychological pressure and coping styles of family members of patients with traumatic brain injury

It summarized mainly the determinative factors, influencing factors, characteristics of psychological reaction, coping mechanism and measures, and factors of influencing the coping of psychological pressure of family members of traumatic brain injury (TBI). It identified gender of family members, the relation between patient and family members, and relations between the characteristics of family members and pressures of family members endured. The personality characteristics; culture levels, social and professional supports; and cultural variance of family members have some influences on their coping measures. Therefore, effective information, social support, proper intervention measure are necessary for decreasing the pressures of their family members.
