无保护左主干病变介入治疗的疗效观察

目的评价无保护左主干病变介入治疗的疗效、安全性以及手术体会。方法 5例左主干病变患者接受了介入治疗,共植入支架7枚,术后即刻血管造影评价,并观察住院及近期临床事件。结果所有患者病变血管重建后达TIMI-3级血流,残余狭窄≤10%,即刻成功率100%。随访3～12个月,均未再出现心绞痛症状,无急性、亚急性支架内血栓发生。结论无保护左主干病变介入治疗成功率高,住院及近期临床效果好,是安全可行的方法。

The preliminary experience and efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention for the unprotected left main coronary lesion

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety and experience of primary percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with the unprotected left main coronary stenosis（ULMCS）.Methods 5 patients with the unprotected left main coronary stenosis lesion were treated with the interventional therapy.Seven intracoronary stents were implanted.Procedural results were angiographically evaluated and clinical events were followed up for 3～12 months.Results The lesion success rate was 100%.Residual stenosis ≤10% was achieved.The stenosis lesion related arteries obtained TIMI-3 flow.No clinical heart events were followed up for 3～12 months.Conclusion ULMCS interventional therapy offers excellent procedural results and fairly good long-term clinical outcome.
