中医病证结合治疗脑梗死临床研究进展

目的：对中医病证结合治疗脑梗死的临床研究进展进行总结，为治疗脑梗死提供参考。方法由第一作者用计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库中相关文献，检索词为“脑梗死、病证结合、临床研究”，检索式为“并”，根据文献筛选标准纳入与中医病证结合治疗脑梗死密切相关的研究，并排除重复的研究。结果检索到中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）论文312篇，剔除106篇，初读后选取66篇进行精读。结论中医病证结合并非单纯的手段或方法，而是一种完整的中医诊疗思路，其自身有着独特的理论框架，以此指导临床，将为中医提高治疗脑梗死临床疗效奠定坚实的基础。

Traditional Chinese medicine treating cerebral infarction by combining of disease and syndrome

Objective To summarize the clinical reasearch progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine treating cer-ebral infarction by combination of disease and syndrome. Methods First author searched the literatures from CNKI datebase,Articles datebase of the last 10 years. The key words were“cerebral infarction,combination of disease and syndrome,clinical research”in Chinese. The retrieval type was“and”in Chinese. Results A total of 312articles in Chinese were obtained and 66 articles were included according to the literature selection criteria,removed repeated and non-standard articles. Conclusion Combination of disease and syndrome is not simply a means or method,but a complete idea of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic,which has its own unique theoretical framework to guide clinic. so it lays a solid foundation that Traditional Chinese Medicine will improve the clinical efficacy of treatment of cerebral infarction.
