麻仁软胶囊联合中药坐浴对肛肠术后排便功能的影响

目的：观察麻仁软胶囊联合特制中洗药坐浴对肛肠术后患者排便功能的影响。方法选我院收治并行手术治疗的肛肠疾病患者100例，入选患者均采用手术治疗，顺利完成手术，术后随机分为治疗组及对照组，各50例，分组治疗前均征求患者同意并签属知情同意书。2组术后均给予常规处置，治疗组于术后第2天即给予麻仁软胶囊2粒/次，2次/ d，并联合特制中洗药坐浴，用药2周为1疗程。对比2组术后排便时间、次数、排便疼痛、出血程度及术后因粪便嵌塞而导致的排便困难改善情况。结果治疗组术后平均排便时间早于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗期间平均排便次数多于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗组术后排便疼痛积分、排便困难评分、出血评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论麻仁软胶囊联合特制中洗药坐浴能有效促进肛肠疾病术后排便，减轻术后疼痛、出血、粪便嵌塞等并发症。

Maren Ruan capsule on defecation function in patients after anorectal surgery

Objective To observe the effect of Maren Ruan capsule on the defecation function in patients after anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with anorectal diseases who were admitted in our hospital from January,2013 to May,2014 for operation were included in the study and randomized into the study group and the con-trol group with 50 cases in each group after operation. An informed consent was obtained from the patients before treat-ment. The patients in the two groups were given routine treatments after operation. The patients in the study group were given Maren Ruan capsule the second day after operation,2 capsules a time,twice a day,in combined with sitz bath with specially made Chinese washing medicine. Two-week treatment was regarded as one course. The postoperative def-ecation time,times,pain,bleeding degree,and defecation difficulty due to fecal impaction. Results The average defe-cation time after operation in the study group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the average defecation times during the treatment period were significantly greater than those in the control group(P <0. 05). The postoperative defecation pain score,the defecation difficulty score,and the bleeding score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions Maren Ruan capsule in com-bined with sitz bath with specially made Chinese washing medicine can effectively promote the defecation in patients after anorectal surgery,and alleviate the postoperative pain,bleeding,and fecal impaction,with a significant effect.
