| 摘 要： | 鉴于我国医疗界对“特色医疗技术”尚未形成统一概念的状况,从“特色医疗技术”的内涵着手,对“特色医疗技术”的概念进行了探讨。同时提出,发展特色医疗技术要遵循“三原则”,即解放思想、以市场需求为牵引、结合实际;拓宽“三渠道”,即加强技术创新、科研成果转化、引进和改造技术;做好“三配套”工作:即加大组织工作力度,注重人才培养,加强信息网络建设。以此促进特色医疗技术的发展,提升医院核心竞争力。 |

| Abstract: | Since the conception of special medical technology has not unified,the paper discussed it from the view of connotation and pointed out that to develop it,we should follow three principles including being draughted by market demand,integrating the fact and develop channels.Further more,we should do three matching work as cultivate talent personnel,strengthen information construction and improve core competition ability of hospital. |
