| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对连云港市农村地区高血压患者相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)进行调查,并分析相关影响因素,为制定农村地区高血压病防治措施提供依据.方法:随机抽取连云港赣榆县和东海县农村高血压患者722人进行问卷调查.结果采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析.结果:高血压病KAP总得分及格率50.4%,相关知识得分及格率49.2%,态度得分及格率48.3%,行为得分及格率37.4%;KAP总得分与文化程度、高血压病家族遗传史有关.结论:本次调查显示农村地区高血压患者知识、态度和行为水平不高,生活行为方式不健康,应在广大农村地区开展以健康教育和健康促进为主的综合防治模式.
