| 摘 要： | 目的:依据卫生部新颁发的《诊所基本标准》,了解江西省六县区个体诊所执业现状,切实加强准入管理,确保医疗安全.方法:运用多阶段分层整群随机方法从江西省六县区抽取268个诊所,对其进行问卷调查.结果:依照《医疗机构基本标准》中对诊所硬件内容、医务人员的资格配备、医疗设备及各项规章制度等内容的要求,仅东湖区达标情况较好,其他县区仍需加强整改.结论:江西省六县区个体诊所须严格执行准入制度,规范执业行为,为群众提供安全有效的卫生服务. |
