Abstract:Practice of management system on complaint in a county hospital was discussed.The experiences and problems were summarized.Based on which,some countermeasures can be put forward to improve the ability to deal with medical complaints and medical disputes,rebuild confidence on medical services,and construct harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
