| 摘 要： | 目的分析脑梗死临床路径变异因素，提出改进措施。方法采用回顾性资料收集方法，进行统计分析，寻找变异因素。结果120例脑梗死病例实施了临床路径，其中34例发生负变异，变异率28．33％。其中，11．76％（4／34）的变异与医院系统有关；20．58％（7／34）的变异与医务人员相关；64．70％（22／34）的变异与病人相关；2．84％（1／34）是病人退出。结论变异管理需要进一步加强。
