胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石的临床治疗效果

目的探讨分析胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2008年3月～2011年7月收治的胆囊结石患者96例,将其随机分为两组。实验组48例采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石,对照组48例常规开腹行胆囊切除,比较两组患者的手术效果以及术后情况。结果实验组患者平均手术时间、术中平均出血量和平均住院时间均明显小于对照组,并且实验组的并发症发生率为4.2%,显著低于对照组的14.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在进行胆囊切除时选用小切口胆囊切除比传统开腹可以取得更好的临床效果以及减少并发症的发生,值得在临床上推广,但是需要提高术者的操作技术熟练度。

Clinical efficacy of cholecystectomy in treatment of gallstone

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of cholecystectomy in treatment of gallstone. Methods Ninety six cases of gallstone patients admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to July 2011 were respectively analyzed, they were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in the experimental group were given the small-incision cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones, while 48 cases in control group were given conventional open line cholecystectomy. The effect of surgery and postoperative conditions of two groups were compared. Results The mean operative time of the experimental group patients, the mean amount of bleeding and the average length of stay were less than that of the control group. The complication rate of experimental group was 4.2%, which was lower than 14.6% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Small incision gallbladder removal achieves better clinical results than the traditional open and reduces complications of the occurrence. It is worth in clinical practice, but need to improve the operation of technical proficiency of the surgeon during cholecystectomy selection.
