【摘要】目的研究高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定夏桑菊颗粒中蒙花苷含量的方法。方法采用AgilentZORBAXSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(70:30)为流动相;检测波长为334nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果蒙花苷含量在0.0476-0.9520μg范围内具有良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.73%,RSD=0.76%(n=6)。结论以HPLC法测定夏桑菊颗粒中蒙花苷的含量,方法简便快捷,精密度高,重现性好,可用于药品质量的控制。

Abstract:
Objective To study the method for the determination of Linarin in Xiasangju Granule by HPLC. Methods The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 minx4.6 ram,5 txm) was used, octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was the filler; the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (70:30); the detection wavelength was 334 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the ranges of 0.047 6-0.952 0μg (r = 0.999 9) for linarin, the plus sample recovery rate of liuarin was 99.73%, RSD = 0.76% (n = 6). Conclusion The results shows that the convenient and fast, accurate and reproducible in determination of Linarin con- tent in Xiasangju Granule by HPLC. It can be used for the drug control.
