精细化护理在PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

目的探讨精细化护理在PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法对2011年收治的44例采用PFNA治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者提供系统规范的精细化护理措施,发放彩色健康宣教卡,参照临床护理路径的方法实施。出院后随访6～18个月,并进行Harris评分。结果 44例患者伤口均Ⅰ级愈合,按Harris髋关节评分,优27例,良14,中3例,优良率为93.18%。结论加强PFNA患者的精细化护理,可以有效预防术后并发症,有利于患者早期功能锻炼,患者满意率明显提高。

Effect analysis of fine nursing for the PFNA treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients

Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients. Methods Fourty-four cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures receiving PFNA treatment in 2011 were enrolled, and system and regular fine nursing measures was supplied, which carried out refered to the clinical nursing pathway. The colour health education card was given to the patients. Follow-up was done to all the patients for 6 to 18 months, and then the patients was given Harris score for evaluation. Results All incisions of the patients healed with class Ⅰ. Based on the Harris hip score of functional evaluation, there were 27 excellent cases, 14 good cases and 3 moderate cases, the execellent and good rate was 93.18%. Conclusion Strengthen fine nursing for the PFNA treatment femoral intertrochanteric fracture can effectivly prevent post-operation complications, promote early activities out of bed, significantly improve patients＇ satisfaction degree.
