| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的探讨直肠癌术后结肠造口的护理。方法对85例直肠癌术后结肠造口患者进行观察，术后加强护理，进行护理知识宣教、健康教育指导及加强术后并发症的护理。结果所有患者通过结肠造口的护理都提高了生活质量，其中有1例发生造口狭窄、2例发生造口周围感染，术后3个月排便有规律者占41．18％。结论采取正确及时的结肠造口护理及健康指导是提高患者生活质量的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing care on the rectal cancer patients after undergoing colostomy. Methods Eighty-five patients with rectal cancer patients after undergoing coostomy were observed, which were given strengthen postoperative nursing, nursing knowledge propaganda and education, health education guidance and strengthen nursing of the postoperative complications. Results The life quality of all cases were improved through the colostomy nursing. Among them, one case incured stoma stenosis, two cases incured infection around the stoma, cases with regular defecation after the operation accounted for 41.18%. Conclusion The correct and timely eolostomy care and health guidance can improve the llfe quality of rectal cancer patients. |
