眼针与针药结合治疗面肌痉挛37例

【摘要】目的观察眼针与针药结合法治疗面肌痉挛的临床效果。方法将67例面肌痉挛患者随机分为对照组（30例）和治疗组（37例）。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组37例患者中，治愈23例，占62．16％；有效11例，占29．73％；无效3例，占8．11％。对照组30例中，治愈10例，占33．33％；有效12例，占40．00％；无效8例，占26．67％。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论眼针与针药结合治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Eye acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of 37 patients with facial spasm

Objective To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of facial spasm. Methods Sixty seven patients with facial spasm were randomiy divided into the control group of 30 patients and the treatment group of 37 patients. The control group was given the combination treatment of acupuncture and drugs, while the treatment group was given eye acupuncture treatment based on the control group. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Among 37 patients of the treatment group, 23 cases were cured, accounted for 62.16%; 11 cases were effective, accounted for 29.73%; 3 cases with no response, accounted for 8.11%, with the total effective rate of 91.89%. Among 30 patients of the control group, l0 cases were cured, accounted for 33.33%; 12 cases were effective, accounted for 40.00%; 8 cases with no response, accounted for 26.67%, with the total effective rate of 73.33%. There were significant differences of total effective rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Eye acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and drugs is significantly effective on facial spasm, thereby worthy of clinical application.
