条形码识别技术在可植入性医疗器械管理中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨条形码识别技术在可植入性医疗器械管理中的应用价值。方法选择2010年2月~2011年1月本院应上报的植入性医疗器械为干预前组,并与2011年2月~2012年1月的546例患者比较,统计干预前后发生漏报、漏登记以及植入器械相关纠纷的比率,并分析相关情况。结果干预后发生漏报、漏登记以及植入器械相关纠纷的比率以及总比率均显著低于干预前(P〈0.05)。结论通过建立条形码识别系统,对于提高可植入性医疗器械的管理更加规范,而且有效减少了发生漏报、漏登记以及植入器械相关纠纷的比率。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the management application of bar code recognition technology for implantable medical device. Methods The medical device implantable from February 2010 to January 2011 was selected as before intervention group and medical device implantable case from February 2011 to January 2012 were selected as after intervention group, leakage occurrence rate, reported of registration and implanted disputes respective ratios of two groups were compared, and the related situation was analyzed. Results After intervention, the occurrence rate of missing, registration leakage and implants disputes related ratio were significantly lower than before (P 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of bar code recognition system can improve the implantable medical devices and it also effectively reduces the occurrence of omission, registration leakage and disputes related to the ratio of implanted devices.
