经内镜逆行胆道造影术后鼻胆管引流术的护理体会

目的探讨经內镜逆行胆道造影术后鼻胆管引流术的护理方法与效果。方法胆石症患者80例随机平分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组都采用经內镜逆行胆道造影术后鼻胆管引流术,治疗组在治疗的基础上采用积极的临床护理配合方法。结果两组手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹病例,治疗组的并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症都为胆道损伤或感染。两组的手术时间、引流时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组的住院时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论经內镜逆行胆道造影术后鼻胆管引流术在胆石症中的治疗中应用价值大,而积极的护理配合能够降低并发症,有利于术后恢复,值得推广应用。

The nursing experience of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography

Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography. Methods Eighty cases of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group, and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography was given in two groups. Positive clinical nursing match method was adopted in treatment group based on the therapy. Results Surgery in both groups was successfully completed, no conversion to laparotomy cases, the incidence of complications in treatment group was significantly less than that of control group （P 0.05）, and the complications was bile duct injury or infection. The differences of operative time, drainage time in two groups were not statistically significant （P 0.05）; the length of stay of treatment group was less than that of control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion It is great for endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography in the treatment of cholelithiasis in value, while the active nursing cooperation can reduce complications, and to the benefit of postoperative recovery, it should be widely applied.
