摘 要: | 目的研究不同可溶性的2种纳米硒化镉对小鼠精子的毒性作用。方法昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为四组。试验组剂量为40mg/kg进行腹腔注射染毒,18d后取附睾观察精子存活率和精子畸形率。结果与CdSeⅡ相比,CdSeⅠ精子存活率低,而精子畸形率高(P〈0.05)。结论纳米硒化镉随着可溶性的升高,精子存活率增高,精子畸形率显著降低。

Abstract: | Objective To study the toxicity to mice sperm of nanometer chalnicon that has different size and soluble.Methods 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into two experimental groups and two control groups.Experimental groups were given CdSe by intraperitoneal injection with dose of 40mg/kg.Sperm viability rate and teratosperm rate were observed after 18 days.Results Compaired with CdSeⅡ,there were the higher rate of teratosperm and the lowest sperm viability rate in CdSeⅠgroup.Conclusion The sperm viability rate increase and the teratosperm rate decrease alone with increasing of solubility of nano-chalnicon. |
