| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ICAM-1、HBsAg、HBcAg在慢性乙型肝炎肝组织中的表达及其在发病机制中的意义.方法免疫组化SABC法检测慢性乙型肝炎肝组织中ICAM-1、HBsAg、HBcAg的表达.结果在慢性乙肝中,随着炎症活动度的增高,ICAM-1表达增强,HBcAg表达减弱,HBsAg表达由胞浆显色为主逐渐转为胞膜显色为主.结论肝细胞ICAM-1、HBcAg的表达在慢性乙肝的炎症反应中起重要作用.肝细胞中HBsAg的表达在一定程度上反映了病毒的复制活动.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of ICAM-1, HBsAg, HBcAg and their roles in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods The expression of ICAM-1, HBsAgand HBcAg in the liver of patients with chronic HBV infection were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results With increasing inflammatory activity, strong expression of ICAM-I and weak expression of HBcAg were shown in the liver tissue of chronic hepatitis B. HBsAg expressed mainly in hepatocyte membrane. Conclusions Hepatic expression of ICAM-1 and HBcAg may play an important role in the inflammation of liver. The expression of HBsAg may reflect the degree of HBV replication. |
