动态脑电图监测对小儿癫癎诊断的意义

目的：探索２４ ｈ 动态脑电图对小儿癫癎诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法：对１２５ 例临床诊断为癫癎及可疑癫癎儿童进行２４ ｈ 动态脑电图检查。结果：脑电图总异常率为６２－３ ％ ，癫癎组异常率７７ ％ ，癎样波检出率７４－７ ％ ，可疑癫癎组异常率３１－６ ％ ，癎样波检出率１８－４ ％ 。两组之间异常率和癎样放电检出率均有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０－００１） 。其癎样放电时相以睡眠期为主（９７－２ ％ ） 。结论：动态脑电图对小儿癫癎诊断、鉴别诊断和指导治疗有重要作用。

Significance of AEEG monitoring in diagnosis of epilepsy in children.

Objectives:To explore the significance of 24 hour AEEG in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy in children.Methods:Twenty four hour AEEG monitoring was performed on 125 children with epilepsy and doutful epilepsy diagnosed clinically.Results:The total abnormality rate of EEG was 62.3%. The abnormality rate of EEG in epilepsy group was 77.0% and the detection rate of epileptiform discharges was 74.7%. However, the abnormality rate of EEG in doutful epilepsy group was only 31.6%, and the detection rate of epileptiform discharges was 18.4%. There was a significant difference in the EEG abnormality rate and detection rate of epileptiform discharges between the two groups. The time of epileptiform discharges were mainly during sleeping (97.2%).Conclusion:AEEG might be of important significance in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and guiding treatment of epilepsy in children.
