机体功能及健康行为对老年人健康自评的影响

目的分析机体功能及健康行为对老年人健康自评的影响。方法利用顺义区家庭卫生服务调查数据,使用SPSS统计分析软件进行单因素与多因素分析。结果机体功能变量（行动能力、自我照顾能力、从事平时活动能力、疼痛与不适类型）和健康行为变量（吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼、健康体检）对老年人的健康自评得分均有影响,机体功能状况越差,得分越低,吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼、健康体检与老年人较高的健康自评得分相关;多因素分析发现,自我照顾能力、自感疼痛或不适程度、饮酒、体育锻炼是老年人健康自评的重要影响因素。结论老年人的健康自评状况受机体功能以及健康行为的影响,机体功能状态对老年人健康自评的影响程度更大。

Physical Function,Health Behavior and Self-rated Health in Elderly

Objective To analyze the associations between physical function,health behavior and self-rated health among the elderly.Methods SPSS software was used to analyze the data of the household health survey in Shunyi district,Beijing.Results Physical function variables including walking ability,self-care ability such as washing and wearing,daily activity ability such as reading and doing house work,self-perceived pain or uncomfortable and health behavior variables including smoking,drinking,exercising,physical examination were all associated with self-rated health of the elderly.Multiple variables analysis showed that self-care ability such as washing and wearing,self-perceived pain or uncomfortable,drinking and exercising were the most important factors that determined self-rated health.Conclusion Self-rated health could reflect the status of physical function and health behavior of the elderly,physical function had more crucial effect on self-rated health.
