| 摘 要： | 胫腓骨骨折是一种高能量损伤,治疗难度大,效果不理想,易出现骨不连,自2000-2006年采用微创小切口组合式外固定器手术后脉冲电流刺激治疗此类骨折70例,均取得良好效果。它一方面减少了骨折周围的创伤,保护了血运;另一方面采用物理因子刺激骨的生长和修复。两方面同时治疗,促进了骨的愈合,减少了不愈合和延迟愈合的发生。1临床资料本组70例,男46例,女24例;年龄17~65岁,平均为39·5岁。致伤原因:高处坠落伤9例,交通事故伤26例,重物砸伤16例,击打伤19例。其中闭合损伤53例,开放损伤17例,合并颅脑损伤2例,合并其他部位骨折7例。骨折位于上1/3 17…
