摘    要:研究MTT比色法中三种甲 溶解剂,异丙醇(ISOP)、10%曲拉通—50%异丙醇(TRI-TON-ISOP)和20%SDS(均加入10mmol/LHCl酸化)的应用效果。结果发现,在测定不同浓度的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)时,TRITON—ISOP与SDS效果相当,而在测定不同浓度的Hela细胞时,前者优于后者,而TRITON—ISOP和SDS均优于ISOP。

Abstract:The effects of three solubilizers of formazan which were iospropanol (ISOP), 10% triton-50% iospropanol (TRITON-ISOP) and 20% sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) (all with 10mmol/L HCL) in MTT assay were studied. The results showed the effects of TRITON-ISOP and SDS were similar in determining the concentration of PBMC. TRITON-ISOP was better than SDS, TRITON-ISOP and SDS were superior to ISOP in determining the concentration of Hela cells.
