| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕的临床效果。方法从多囊卵巢综合症的患者中随机抽取40例,分为对照组和观察组两组,每组20例。对照组患者予以基础的对症治疗,并口服达英-35和氯米芬;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加自拟中药方剂治疗,连续服用3个疗程直至妊娠。结果经治疗后,两组的激素水平LH、LH/FSH、T值均出现明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医联合治疗排卵率高,增加妊娠几率,满足了患者及家属的生育需求。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating women with PCOS infertility in the integrative medicine. Methods 40 cases of women with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated basing on the symptomatic, and oral Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and clomiphene citrate, patients in the control group were treated in TCM on the basis of the treatment of the control group, continuous taking 3 courses until pregnancy. Results After treatment, the hormone levels LH, LH/FSH, T values of the two groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This method of treatment can increase the possibility of pregnancy, meet patient and family planning needs. |
