| 摘 要： | 目的研究地塞米松治疗ICP的临床疗效.方法2002年2月～2003年10月我院收治的72例晚期妊娠ICP患者,给予地塞米松治疗,检测治疗前后症状及生化指标的变化及新生儿脐血皮质醇及ACTH浓度.结果地塞米松治疗ICP能有效改善瘙痒症状,降低血胆汁酸浓度(P＜0.05),新生儿脐血皮质醇浓度降低及ACTH升高(P＜0.05).结论地塞米松治疗ICP有效,对新生儿肾上腺功能存在近期影响. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of ICP treatted with dexamethasone.Methods From February 2002 to October 2003,72 cases of ICP in the third trimester were treated with dexamethasone.To score the grade of the symptom of pruritus by the standard of Ribalita,and to verify the levels of TBA,ALT,DBI),GGT,CHO,TG,CG of plasma and ACTH,COR of plasma of the umbilicus blood after delivery.Results The scores of the grade of the symptom of pruritus after dexamethasone are lesser compared to that of the before( P <0.05),the level of CG decrease after therapy with dexamethasone( P <0.05),but the level of ACTH of plasma of the umbilicus blood after delivery increase,the level of COR decrease after treatmented( P <0.05).Conclusion It is efficiency to treat ICP with dexamethasone,but it may some impact to the adrenal gland of the newborn in the near future. |
