| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨气道反应性测定（支气管激发试验）在慢性咳嗽及咳嗽变异性哮喘诊断中的意义。方法：慢性咳嗽为主要表现患者165例，其中疑诊咳嗽变异性哮喘患者89例；吸入乙酰甲胆碱做支气管激发试验，检测其气道高反应性。结果：165例中支气管激发试验阳性96例，阳性率58．2％。咳嗽变异性哮喘患者支气管激发试验均阳性，阳性率100％。绪论：支气管激发试验是一种简易、有效的方法，对以慢性咳嗽为主要表现的患者应及时进行支气管激发试验，有助于咳嗽变异性哮喘诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of bronchial provocation test in patients with chronic cough and cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods: The bronchial provocation test was performed to assess the bronchial reactivity by inhaling methacholine in 165 patients with chronic cough.Results:The positive rates of bronchial(reactivity) were 58.2%(96/165) in all the patients and 100%(89/89) in CVA group.Conclusion:The bronchial provocation test is a simple and effective method in the diagnosis of CVA. |
