视黄酸对大鼠肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶系活性的影响

摘    要:本文以[~3H]-苯为茈底物,观察了维生素A的衍生物视黄酸对大鼠肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶系中的环氧化物酶、环氧化物水化酶及芳烃羟化酶活性的影响。用液体闪烁仪检测各酶催化所生成的[~3H]-苯芘环氧化物,[~3H]-苯芘羟化物及3-羟基苯芘的生成量。结果发现,视黄酸对环氧化物酶活性有明显的抑制作用,并用氰化钾抑制实验得到进一步证实。本实验对阐明维生素A及其衍生物的抗癌机理具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Effects of retinoic acid on mixed-function on oxidase (epoxidase; epoxide hydrase; aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase) which catalyze ~3H-Benzo (a) pyrene (BP) have been investigated ~3H-epoxids-BP, ~3H-dihydrcdiols-BP, ~3H-3-hyd-roxy-BP were determined with liquid scintillator. It was discovered that the activity of epoxidase was inhibited obviously by retinoic acid This was proved by inhibition experiment with potassium cyanide The results of the experiment have certain significance for revealing anticarcinogenic mechanism of vitamin A and its analogs
