米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及其安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月-2008年年12月采用米非司酮治疗的200例要求保留子宫的子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,对其疗效及其安全性进行综合评估。结果200例患者用药治疗期间均闭经,子宫肌瘤体积平均缩小36.71%-55.58%,患者贫血均得到有效纠正,血红蛋白恢复正常水平。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤有一定效果,丰富了保守治疗方法,是一种更为经济、有效的药物。

The value of Mifepristone application for the treatment of hysteromyoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of mifepristone treatment for Hysteromyoma.Methods Analysis the clinical data of the author＇s hospital from Jan 2005 to Dec 2008 using mifepristone treatment of 200 cases of hysteromyoma patients that uterus to be retained,and assess its efficacy and safety comprehensively.Results 200 patients were amenorrhea during drug treatment,and the volume of hysteromyoma reduced 36.71% and 55.58% averagely,patients anemia have been effective corrected,and the hemoglobin returned to normal levels.Conclusion Mifepristone not only has some effects for hysteromyoma patients,but enrich the treatment of conservative.Compare to other drugs,Mifepristone is more economical and promising.
