| 摘 要： | 随着对肿瘤表观遗传学的深入研究,发现DNA甲基化异常在慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML)的发生和转化中起着重要作用。地西他滨是一种去甲基化药物,研究发现,其具有抑制甲基化转移酶的作用,在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)和白血病的治疗中已取得较好的疗效,地西他滨的表观遗传学治疗在CMML治疗中的地位也日益重要。

| Abstract: | With the further research on the tumor epigenetics,we discover that DNA methylation plays an important role in the occurrence and transformation of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia(CMML).Decitabine is a kind of hypomethylation drug,it can inhibit the methyltransferase with good curative effect in the treatment for myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)and leukemia.Epigenetics treatment of CMML with decitabine is becoming increasingly important. |
